Return Process

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your item in its original Howard Miller crate or box, ensuring all internal padding, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent transit damage.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for oversized furniture items.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned piece for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, typically within 7 to 10 business days.
